ABOUT US

Suraya is a restaurant, market, and garden serving Lebanese family recipes alongside broader flavors of the Levant. Suraya is named for partner Roland Kassis’ grandmother whose hospitality during Lebanon’s wartime fed allies and enemies alike. Suraya reflects the joint belief of community and that everyone deserves a seat at the table. Many menu staples are family recipes that have been translated into what is now served at the restaurant.  Enjoy lunch, brunch, dinner, and bar service at Suraya, where classical and modern Levant-inspired dishes, from fresh mezze plates to deeply flavorful offerings from our wood-fired grill, are thoughtfully paired with selections from our arak collection and cocktails named in honor of Lebanese poet Khalil Gibran.
